Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a photo supporting your return.

To start a return, you can contact us at mail@mahtronics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:

  • Please make sure to Inspect your items upon arrival and notify us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We'll address the issue promptly.

Refunds Process:

  • We'll inform you about your refund status after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, expect an automatic refund on your original payment method. Keep in mind, processing times vary with your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges Made Simple:

  • If you would like to exchange a defective item, For a speedy resolution, please create a refund request and wait for approval. Once it's approved, make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items, like perishables, custom products, and hazardous materials, can't be returned. Please contact us for questions or concerns about your specific item.
