Cancellation policy

At Tronishop, we aim to provide flexibility and transparency with all purchase options, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and installment plans. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellations (One-Time Purchases)

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, IT CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELLED.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at mail@mahtronics.com as soon as possible.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
  • Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Pre-orders must be canceled before the item has been shipped.
  • If production or fulfillment has already begun, cancellations may not be possible.
  • Any estimated shipping dates are subject to change.

4. Installment Payment Plans

  • Orders placed using installment payment providers (e.g., Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, Afterpay) are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.
  • Cancellation requests must be made before the order is processed.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued according to both our return policy and the payment provider’s policies.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
